Immunocytochemical analysis of CXCL17/VCC-1 was detected in immersion fixed A549 human lung carcinoma cell line using mouse Anti-human CXCL17/VCC-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24157) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (re and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
